Micro-Photoluminescence setup:

The above image shows the micro-photoluminescence setup in our lab ' nanophotonics'. There are two different types of cryostats (see below), where the samples could be cooled down as low as 2.2 K.
Lasers:
The following lasers are there in nanophotonics lab:
- Millennia CW laser (6W), 532 nm
- 3900s tunable Ti:Sapphire laser, 700-1000nm
- Tsunami modelocked laser
- Cryostats:
Attocube cryostat
- Janis cryostat
- High spectral resolution: ~0.12 nm
- Broad spectral range (300 - 1700 nm)
Andor Newton (Si) and IDus (InGaAs) CCD cameras
Horiba Jobin Yvon iHR 550 with two different CCDs at the exit port
Microscope lens:
Mitutoyo 50x, 0.65 NA, MPlan NIR HR, ∞ corrected (web-link)
Long working distance: 10 mm
High spatial resolution: ~0.5 µm
