We re-emphasize that THESE ROOMS AND RATES ARE GUARANTEED ONLY UP TO MAY 2ND. After that, the rooms are released, and even if they are still free, rates might be higher. We therefore urge all participants to place reservations as soon as possible, in particular since hotel capacity can be scarce in Trondheim at this time of year. Once a reservation has been placed, the individual participant is economically responsible for any cancellations, no-shows etc.
